This week we will work to define your company and its products or services, and show how the benefits you provide set you apart from your competition. We will review your company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. By the end of this section, you will have clear understanding of what your competitors are offering and be able to show how your product or service provides a better value.
Tackling Your Target Audience
In Week 2, we’ll workshop what type of buyer is most likely to purchase your product/service and build personas to tailor your messaging and campaigns to them specifically. You’ll learn how to ask current customers for feedback without alienating them, provide incentives for completing interviews, and more.
